I just need a little idea. My friend and I love to write songs but right now we are stuck! Just give us something it could be about but don't put just someting like "Cheating". Howed she find out? How was he cheating on? Give me details like that.

Just write about problems and a possible solution. You will then have a country song. Many are "story" songs. It need not be about cheating, but that's also a good start.

Go to myspace and search for Julie Hadaway. She is a country singer/songwriter from my town. she's really great. She wrote all of her own songs and will be performing this month for Martina Mcbride. Check her out

There is a song about two people who are in love but so totally opposite that they can never be together, it is like a cactus and a rose. He is the cactus, she is the rose. Hon, don't know if that helps at all.

I think that you would have to write a song for your country including all the things that make it great: like its people, culture and its greatness, create the mark country in the song so that their inhabitants with her identify themselves all.
