How about crossing a road? Or does that count? Cuz the
strangest thing and scariest, was seeing a herd of Tarantulas'
crossing a two laned highway about sunset, driving south
toward the Mexican border in Arizona once. The road was
black with them and we couldn't avoid driving over them.
I expected 'debri' to maybe come up thru the car when we
ran over some of them. Oh, it seemed so gross to even have
to drive thru them. It's a memory I'll never forget. The size of
those things and in such a number was too horrible to try to
describe. I'm glad I didn't have follow up nightmares after.

A drunk sleeping off his big night alongside I-70. I thought he had been hit, so I called the Highway Patrol, who found out he had just had one too many and laid down for a nap. He was advised to find somewhere else to sleep.
