As you may recall, on Memorial Day, some Liberal protesters were burning the American flag in my town. I walked over toward them and when I got near them, one of these dirtbags, wearing an old Clinton-Gore T-shirt, got too close to me and sorta brushed up against me . So, I reached back and smacked the taste out of his mouth. When the police saw what happened, they rushed over and I told them I feared for my safety.

As you know, the Lib was charged with assaulting me even though I smacked him silly! Haha. Well, the court hearing occurred today. The officer, of course, was there and we had a good conversation. The prosecutor was a cool guy as well. They were being flirtatious.

Well, the Lib tried to plead "not guilty." LOL. He said I used the event as a pretext to whack him and that he had no intention of doing any harm to me. He was found guilty of misdemeanor assault, among other things, fined $300 plus court costs, and sentenced to 40 hours of Community Service!!!

No, it wasn't and no, you at the instant are not good. The Dem's understand 2 issues. They understand that they did no longer have a veto evidence majority. in addition they understand that a number of republican individuals of congress have made it clean to Bush that in the event that they do no longer see progression in Iraq by technique of the fall that he will lose their help. Appropriations will additionally arise back for vote interior the fall. If the region has replaced then great. If no longer, the democrats could have greater help on the republican part than that they had this time around. there is greater in contact right here than the speaking factors you pay attention on good wing radio.

He "sort of brushed up against you" and you assaulted him? So you assaulted a man for brushing up against you in a crowd and you think that's just fine? This whole story sounds contrived to tell the truth, especially the court part of it. How is it relevant that the officers and prosecutor were being flirtatious? Sounds like a personal fantasy. Court proceedings and records are open to the public, as you know of course. Care to leave the state, and the file number of the case so it can be verified? No? Imagine that.

You acted like a violent fascist and you're proud of it. That's the amazing part to me. Lord help anyone in the mall at Christmas that brushes up against you huh? Especially if they smell liberal lol. You must be a real gas at parties.

The really funny part? You think it's a "huge defeat" for liberals as if you personally are so important your "story" makes a blip on the radar screen to anyone.

Bullying and assault and battery show only how much one is uncivilized. When others are expressing their Constitutional rights we need to let them. You will want your right to disagree with them upheld. Violence is not the way to win friends and influence people. Gandhi and MLK had it right.

Even though the protester (may or may not be lib, you don't know) touched you it may be because you were preventing him from excercising his rights. You should be on the other side of the street with your signs and flags proudly flowing in the breeze not in his face. You both should be on charges of battery.

He should have had better sense than to lower himself to your level. But there are low life in every crowd. His actions are no more indicicative of the anti Iraq war movement as yours are of the pro Iraq movement.

I have seen this on this board before. You need to come up with something more original.

You just admitted: 1. A fraud upon the court. 2. Bearing false witness. 3. Perjury and lying with your hand to a Bible. Do you CLAIM to be either a Christian OR an American??

So you admit that you committed a crime (assault), you passed the buck onto someone else......and conservatives claim to be all for personal responsibility?????.....I guess thats only personal responsibility if it doesnt affect themselves.
