1) Highest partnership for first wicket is the 286 runs
partnership between W.U. Tharanga and S.T. Jayasuriya
of Sri Lanka in the 5th Match of Net West Series against
England played at Headingly, Leeds on 1st July, 2006,
in which Tharanga scored 109 in 102 balls and
Jayasuriya scored 152 runs in 99 balls.

Sri Lanks won that match by 8 wickets.

2) The highest partnership for the 10th wicket is 106 runs
between I.V.A. Richards and M.A. Holding of West
Indies in the Texaco Trophy 1984 between West
Indies and England played at Old Trafford, Manchester
on 31st May, 1984, which West Indies won by 104 runs.
Both Richards and Holding remaiined not out on 189
runs from 170 balls and 12 runs from 27 balls respectively.
