Large companies usually sell franchises to individuals. The ideas of these people may not be the same as the Parent company. I can go to 10 "same name" stores and get different service at each one.

About a year ago I spent allot of monies with Blue Haven Pools, and they delivered the most Beautiful Project even better than we initially thought. We live in West Palm Beach Florida. Three years ago I built a swimming pool with a company that went out of business while building our project.
I have learned building two pools mind You that You want a company that is STABLE, KNOWS WHAT THERE DOING,
AND MOST IMPORTANT WILL BE HERE WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM....

Because not only are they the Worlds largest pool maker they are also the worst. 45% of the pools they install leak or fail with in the first 5 years!

Not everyone does, just people who are lured into fancy advertising and big companies.
Local offices have sales quotas to meet. And thats all big companies are interested in, the bottom line. Not customer service or a quality product.
I pity the people who do contract Blue Haven to build their pool.

First what do you mean by being picked on? Is the company doing a bad job if so they should be picked on and to give consumers a heads up on the troubles with this company.I have a pool and Anthony and Sylvan built it and I love it ,not one problem in 10 years , I am happy!

Not everybody, just the dissatisfied people from the largest group of buyers - those who bought Blue Haven Pools. I didn't buy one so I don't care.
