Johnny Sutton, the Dept of Justice prosecutor, has not been indicted for falsification of evidence or obstruction of justice though evidence exists that he is guilty of that in his prosecution of the border patrolmen that shot & wounded as known drug smuggler. To make matters worse, members of the Democratic party & G.W. Bush are stonewalling an investigation of this miscarriage of justice. WHY? Is this a deal with the government of Mexico?

Represenatives of the Justice Department admitted that testimony suggesting the 2 border patrolmen were, "dirty" to congressmen, was "not truthful." While the 2 men have the decision under appeal, they are denied bail. Something smells about the whole thing... especially the testimony that they did not have enough evidence to indict the drug smuggler that was shot in the butt!

I know they were railroaded and they did't deserve it! I suggest we all write to our congressmen about this one . Justice was not done !

Try working for an elected sheriff as well. Politics can be a very dirty profession!

They shot a man in the back, then threw the spent shell casings in a ditch and tried to cover up the fact that they had done so.
They were found guilty and sentenced.

I think its because they were Mexican Americans, they were probably trying to extort money from the Drug Dealer they shot and he refused so they shot him, its a cover up
