Usually, I get up and make an announcement, and then continue working....

Why be concerned about what he is...he might think that you stink so.....

First of all, if a person takes 11 categories of sex and gender, put them together as many ways as possible, they can get over 2047 identity variations. I can't even name 40 gender, affectional, or sexual identitities... so, I find that it is best not to assume, because in light of that, we really don't know...

Also, by highlight another person's sexuality, they may feel that you are making a statement that it is the most important thing about them.

Personally, I prefer when people get to know me, because I am so many more things than just who I sleep with, or who I fall in love with.

How about getting to know them? If you do that, chances are you'll find out eventually. If you don't get to know them, then what is the point of knowing their sexual orientation?

Good luck!

In all honesty why the heck do you need to know? you won't get a prize or anything if you are right.

Just up and ask him.
Though be prepared for the consequences if he's not and he takes offense.

Wait a while........... he may turn to ask you first.
what is it to you if a person is stright or gay. If you have the opportunity to make a new friend cieze the moment.

How is this any of your business unless you plan to ask this person for sex?
If so, this is best done in a more private setting.

Good luck!

so what if he is.... whats the big deal....? No you dont ask because what if hes not?.... The best thing for you to do it accept the fact the he might be gay and leave it at that.... dont wonder about it and dont talk to him about it unless he talks to you about it.

Why do you care? Are you gay and you want to date him?
Mind your own business, live your own life, and let others live theirs.

Was he hitting on you? ... then what does it matter. Isnt like him being gay is gonna rub off on you.

I would not want to be needlessly rude. But I would keep my coat squarely on my lap (don't want to arouse or tempt him), and don't let him linger behind me.....for the same reasons.
