Yes you can, but it must have a VGA adapter, as a matter of fact, that's what I use! However, the largest screens arn't more than say...25 inches. Mine is 23 inches. Here are some great desktop computers that function as a TV:

Yup, I have mine hooked to my 24" Dell. If your monitor does not have component input, you can simply buy the VGA cable accessory (it's a microsoft-distributed 360 accessory) and connect it straight to your monitor. Make sure that you go to Settings in your xbox and get the resolution correct so that it doesn't stretch weirdly.

if your x box has a video card with a serial port that fits the monitor it should work.

u can but u will need a composite to vga adapter, u can find it from microsoft.
