I use an invigorating, 5-ounce bar of Dr. Bronner's Pure Castile Eucalyptus Soap to bathe in the shower.
If I run out of soap, then I bathe in the shower using a St. Ives Body Wash.

I make my own soap with gylcerin melt and pour base and peppermint essential oil. Much less drying than either bar soap or body wash.
