Seriously though, I think one bad thing about porn is that it can give you unrealistic ideas and expectations about sex... your imagination should be enough.
There is no 'normal' amount of times per day, it depends on the person, but masturbation is in fact the most common human sexual activity. At 14 your hormones are raging and it is like you feel sex with every molecule in your body; at your age I could get turned on by an empty juice bottle or a piece of carpet, lol. It is probably the best way to get control of yourself, providing you don't do it in public, or something, of course, as it is, I think a private thing, and a bodily function, to some extent, like 'relieving yourself' when you go to the bathroom.

Anyway, it's not good and opportune watching porno every day or very often. Going on so you could get some addiction and lose the stimulus to masturbate by yourself. Try only to have a regular sexual life (taking in consideration your need, but I guess 2-3 times a week could be suitable for you), while the porno should be and exceptional plus, from time to time only!
