The males are trying to make her spawn and this is normal behavior.
She is swollen with eggs and that makes her look "pregnant".
She is produceing hormones that tell the males that she is ready to lay her eggs and they are doing their best to get their milt or sperm on to them. They do this usually in the first morning sun and in the shallows where there are plenty of plants for the sticky eggs to attach to.
Spawning mops of string can be made to provide an alternative to plants you may not want to remove.
If they do spawn it might be better to remove the eggs and let them hatch in another pond where there are no fish as the parents will predate on the eggs and fry.

Steve is pretty much correct. The males are trying to get her to drop her eggs so they can fertalize them.

When keeping koi especially if you are allowing them to breed, you should always have more females and less males 1 male per every 3-5 females. The reason for this is they can get very violent. If there are 5 males and only 1 female, they will all beat the crap out of her in hopes she will drop her eggs. I had a female killed this way years ago when I first started breeding Koi.

Removing your female will not allow for fertalized eggs.

Depending on what you want to do just keep an eye on them. if it gets too rough you may want to move her and one male to a temp housing until the eggs have been laid.

She is not pregnant, as carps are egg scatterer, but if she looks "pregnant" means that she is full of eggs, that's why the males are chasing her. It is normal, just wait to finish the act.

As steve said, it's totally normal behavior. Rarely does any damage come from this and there should be no need to remove her.
