when i'm on my period i use both a tampon and a pad does anyone else do this too?

Don't worry honey your not alone, there is alot of girls that do the same thing its not uncommon. you sound like a very protective clean person stay at it.

I do tto but you shouldnt keep tampons on all the tme maybe at night when you go to bed try just a pad

yes it's good backup or if you only have lites left and your flow is heavier than that, but generally I like to wear just a tampon, it feels so much better than wearing a pad

Yes i do it too coz i dont feel comfortable in a tampon alone.

yup!! i usually alternate!! in the day tampons or both! and at night pads

I do the same thing! Even though I probably don't need it most of the time, I think of it as extra protection.
I'd rather not need it and have it, then need it and not have it. ;)

yer i do for extra sercurity, i mean if you just used a tampon and could not get to a toilet quick enough......opps just messy!!!
