OK, how about these:
1) The APA and AMA have both recognized the fact that orientation is established at or before birth, and does not change, and is not a choice. This represents the research of tens of thousands of scientists.
Come to think of it, that's all I need. I doubt you will get a more legitimate answer - though there are others that will be listed here as well.

It's a foregone conclusion, my friend. Stop dragging out the inevitable moment when you will have to admit you are wrong - don't confuse others into believing that there is an actual, legitimate debate going on.
Here's an argument: I didn't choose to be gay. If I didn't choose to be gay, something happened to make me gay. Since I've been gay my whole life (or at least as early as I can remember), that something had to have occured either at birth or at a time when I was so young that "traumatisation" really isn't even an issue.
But, then again, I know you'll have some lunatic response as to why this cannot possibly be true. Honestly, I'm ready for it ... not to learn, but to really get a good hardy laugh out of it. If there's one thing you people are good for, it's entertainment.
PS geramd4040, some of us actually are doctors, tyvm. :)

Honestly how can you argue that LGBT's aren't born the way they are. Can you argue that you were not born straight? When you were 3, or 6, or 10, or 17 say I'm gonna be straight and like the opposite sex? No you didnt. And neither did we.
Everyone is born with those feelings. A LGBT person did not wake up one morning and say I'm sick of being straight so I think today I'll be gay... just like a straight person did not wake up one morning and say O I guess I'll be straight today its a good way to be.
Thats ridiculous....

Well, there are many studies conducted on homosexuality.
The third born male study, stress and the mother during pregnancy study, lack of tesosterone not circulating in the male brain during pregnancy study, the pheremone study of gay men and heterosexual women prefering the scents of other men, homosexuality found throughout the animal kingdom as well as in insects.
But, quite simply, do you recall choosing your sexual orientation? Do you remember choosing to like women? Sexuality is a not light swtich - you just can't turn it on or off. It is innate and is very much part of the human chemistry.

While some will give you examples of recent studies concerning brain scans in heterosexual and homosexual males displaying differences I think there is one better argument to be made.
Every segment of mamallion, reptillion and avian life in the natural world displays homosexual behaviour. Therefore this is obviously a natural phenomenon. If it is natural it certainly is no great leap to the conclusion that yes indeed, people are born gay or straight.

In the Christian world there is a story of Jesus taking out demons of a man and putting them on pigs. There is a homosexual demon that thrives in family generations. I look like my cousin who is gay and closeted. But I myself have decided not to be gay. God gives you the power to overcome those evil spirits. Also applies to alcoholics, porn addicts, etc. You are born gay and you can also make a decision not to be gay. I hope I have helped you.

May I tell you from personal experience? Well, when I was 6 what I knew about sex and relations was nothing. And yet, inspite of seeing hetro couples around me at nursery school I liked merely girls not boys! And as I mentioned before I didn't know the slightest thing about sex! How do you explain that?

That's not up to anyone on here to give you, were not doctors or biologists and answers to questions like that don't come from anecdotal experience
If you want a very rough wiki overview of the evidence here you go.

Do you feel that you could choose to stop being turned on by the opposite sex and start being turned on by the same sex instead? I know I couldn't. Hence it is rather absurd to say that sexual orientation is a conscious choice. If it's not a choice then it's reasonable to assume it's innate.

I'll let others give you the scientific proof.
I'd like you to prove that we weren't born gay.
In fact I'd like you to prove you chose to be straight. The homophobic part I know you chose.
