Depending on where the scratch is, use some decorative framing.

We had a large unframed mirror in the bathroom. The edges were showing scratches and chips. We added a two inch frame--and Voila--brand new looking mirror. Totally updated the look in the bathroom. (Mirror is very large--takes up entire top half of wall)

You can polish a scratch out of glass with jewellers rouge, it will leave an imperfection but you will have to look for it.

You'll need to replace the mirror.
