I'm 22 and have had two kids. The breasts do enlarge during pregnancy and with the new baby because of breast milk. However, after I stopped nursing my kids both times, my breasts shrank a LOT. Two cup sizes, to be exact. If you are planning to have kids in the near future, and you can wait, your friend is right. You probably should wait. You can control how much they shrink to a certain extent by weaning your baby off breastmilk gradually.

Hope that is helpful.

They will initially get bigger after having a baby. Coming from my own personal experience when I was younger before I had my children I was a 38 double d, now I am a 38 d, so after the milk dried up and things they have gone down in size, and teh rest of me has remained the same size.

By my personal experiance yes they get bigger. I went from a C to a D but I also gained weight all over. I have never gotten back to my pre baby weight so some of it is that extra weight. I had a friend who went through the surgery and is a much happier person for it. She does not have the back discomfort anymore and says she is able to buy clothing that fits her body not her breasts.

When pregnant the breast size will increase due to breast milk and then either go back to the original size or stay big and sag after done breastfeeding.

I'm sure they will get bigger because of the milk glands enlarge inorder for you to feed the baby.

They get bigger because of the milk production.... then once the milk dries up, they tend to get a little flat....
