Since this is the Aquarium Fish section I assume you are asking about the breeding season of blue rams. There is of course a season in the wild, but for tank fish it's when ever conditions for breeding are met which can be any time during the year and in fact many times during the year.

Rams breed throughout the year, all you need is the tank condition.
