You are taking his dollar. As long as it's not illegal, you do your job; if it doesn't agree with your morality ((BAD)), quit.

You obey a bad employer he has the right to fire you for not standing up for what is right...
Do what is right in your mind and back it up verbally by letting him know your stand...

Depends. If obeying the bad employer can reach u places then ofcourse dat seems better. However it solely depends on u. V all hv our own self respect and its upon an individual if he wants to make his employer happy by taking his ****.

It depends on what you mean by "bad". Do you mean bad as in a jerk, or someone who is doing something illegal? If he is just a jerk, then get in line because most of us as one point in time have to work for a boss who is a jerk. I would say in that case, just keep cool, but start looking for another job.
If he is doing something illegal, then that is another story. What do you mean by "doing what is right in your mind"? Do you mean blowing the whistle on him? If that is the case there are some laws that would protect you if you reported illegal activity. But, most states are a work at will state, which means that he could fire you for just about any reason, other than for discrimination (race, religion, age, etc), but that is difficult to prove sometimes.
But if I were you, I would just bide my time and look for another job.

Your employer should not ask you to do anything that is: Illegal, unethical or immoral. Other than that,,,, she or he is your employer and pays you to perform essential job functions. Therefore, you should obey your employer. If you are unhappy, I would look for another job.
Good luck!

Completely agree with first answer. After taking a stand, and the employer doesn't back down, then put in your notice.

That all depends, there is no law against how an employer treats you, except for sexual harassment.
If it bothers you, or is harmful to you, then start searching for another job.
If he fires you, you have to prove a good reason for not complying before you can file for unemployment.

The employer rules. If you can't take the heat, get another job. If he's doing something illegal or immoral, search your conscience. You can't have it both ways.

Don't second guess your employer. However, if the "bad" is illegal or unethical then take a stand.
