Difference between 2.2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo and 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo?

I want to buy a laptop. And a computer with 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo cost almost 500 more than a computer with 2.2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo. Is there really a big difference between two? Which would you suggest? Thanks

The 2.4 is marginally faster than the 2.2, but it's not worth an extra $500. Go with the 2.2 you won't notice the difference.
