Okay, I have three Dads and I need a nice gift for all of them. I don't have alot of money to spend on them and I'm way too old to make a gift. Any ideas?

Well, it depends on what you consider "cheap". If you mean REALLY cheap, like 5 bucks and under, maybe you could get a gift certificate for each of them from Starbucks (if they like coffee) or an ice cream parlor, etc. If you mean more like 20 bucks, you could get them a couple of movie tickets or a gift certificate for a car wash, etc.

How about cooking dinner at your house for them (if they all are on speaking terms)? If they all have spouses have them also. Have your mom and siblings help out. Make a reasonably priced meal that all of them would love and for desert give each Dad his favorite ! Not sure if you are living with your mom and her spouse or real Dad but I think you get the idea. In any case everyone likes a great dinner! You can do a theme party of some type. Since it's this month if the weather is nice do a cook out.
If it's not possible to have everyone together then just do Father's Day with your real Dad. If he's not with your mom tell mom to help with the dinner and then go out while you and your Dad (and his spouse if there is one) enjoy a lovely dinner together or cookout!
As for your step dads have a special Step Dad Day either have them for dinner or do something for the three of you together.

How about making each a "gift certificate" for something you would do for them? Certificate entitles bearer to one batch of his favorite cookies .... or something like that. Even a car wash. Each could be different depending on the Dad.
Would probably be more appreciated than buying some gift anyway. Get creative!

Buy them all a nice card telling them you would like to spend an evening with them whether it is just to visit, talk or eat a meal. They will appreciate the thoughts.
