the judge is not going to give you compensation for her cheating and what ever else she did.the only matters that you might get compensation on is if you have been married over five years(these are laws in my state),you are unemployed,or she makes more than you do.that's the only way.if we could sue our spouses, boyfriend, girlfriends for cheating(adultry) we'll be rich by now,but i wouldn't suggest you ask the judge for something like that especially when there are kids involved with this situation.i would say if there are kids involve and your asking for money think about your kids first, because the claim could turn on you for child support.so just be carefull what you ask the judge for when it's coming down to a divorce of speak with a lawyer if you have one,if not you better get one.

Recompensation for what? There is no recompensation in divorce for fees associated with the divorce itself. What else do you feel you are entitled to be reimbursed for?

You can file a civial case of contractual break of marriageable union!

You'll win but remember it can get ugly after all and and in the end it only postpones you healing!

It depends on how long you've been married and if she has a better paying job than you do. And, of course, if you have any proof.
