First, are you still playing? You must be retired for 5 years before you can be eligable for the Hall of Fame. Coaches on the other hand, can be inducted anytime.
Don't worry, it looks like your guy will be chosen in his first year of eligability (very rare).

His stats are too great. If you notice in the game if a players stats are to far out of reach they will not appear in player stats.
Same goes for HOF. I suggest not using cheats and playing on a level that is harder than rookie.

Maybe they realize you're a loser and they're trying to mess with you. Who gives a sh*t if your videogame QB makes the HOF or not? Are you going to brag about it in bars? Are you going to have a HOF induction ceremony and give a speech to your parents and your stuffed animals?

He's good but not really good enough to go HOF maybe try to make one attribute better. it tends to fine players who are more unique then all around....
