I noticed that my girlfriend wants to learn Italian one day. So would it be smart to buy her something in italian like a dictionary, vocab book, or audio cd? or is too much?
or would it be stupid and weird?

No I think it would be cute, you could buy her one of those computer programs that help you learn another language, or like you said a cd. I'd like it if someone bought me something like that. :)

I think that is a great idea! but, you should also addd another really nice gift; like earrings or a gift card. This way, she knows that you care about her and like her actions. It would be really sweet!
