Don't listen to these tools they don't know F*^& all. When on the oral contraceptive pill your fasting blood sugar levels may be lower than normal <3 is bad. So sometimes when you don't eat for too long you will feel the effects of low blood sugar levels. Try switching to a different pill for instance one which has only one hormone level for the 3 weeks you take it, this may reduce the effects.

I get dizzy and headaches when I don't eat enough and I am not on the Pill. It is because your blood sugar drops. So eat more and be prepared with healthy snacks for when you get these spells.

This sounds like low blood sugar, and doesn't have anything to do with your contraceptive method. It's pretty normal, but if it's really bad (like you have to have snacks nearby all of the time), then you could talk to a doctor about the possibility of hypoglycemia. You can also do a web search on it if you want to find out more. (I've posted a link for you to start with.)
