Ask computer engineer to save data on another HDD or external hard drive. It should cost you about Rs. 200.00

Normally computers get reformatted to remove a virus problem. to do that all data has to be saved, since reformatting will deletes everything. I know the on going price in Houston, Texas, USA is between $100 to $150.

do it yourself thats the easiest and cheapest way.. if you have a cd burner and a copy of windows xp/vista
as for the cost thats hard to say charges very from $50 an hour to $75 an hour so he will have to give you a price for the job,

its right Mr.
If onedrive formatted, then we loss all the data in that drive..
for example.. in u r computer, u have c,d,e,f drives, in that
u formatted D drive then u will all the data into that..
first important data should be copied into another drive.. then u formatted...
otherwise
if u have deleted all partitions(means all drives..) the complete data will be lossed in computer... it is complicated..
but any one if a problem persist, then he will format the only one drive...
so u first tell the hardware engineer to backup the data...
it is will be cost for reinstallation software 500-700/-

Pay him some 400/- along with the CD for him for reinstalling the all software what ever you want.

Instead of saving it in cd save all the files in ur d: (or) e: itself

dvd's are much bigger or get an external harddrive. do it yourself unless you are not confident about the reinstallation of windows. it can be a daunting thing but its easy with enough info. write me if you want to do it yourself, will send you pic by pic instruction.
