To check your email, visit cybercaffees or use computers in hotels/hostels, since it's become a common thing to have them there.

You can also activate a "vacation response" (in the settings/options of your Yahoo mail account) to let people know you won't be able to send reply till you're back. Don't worry about storage space, there's plenty of that on Yahoo and Google alike.

Rresorts, hotels, etc. equipped with computers as well as the proliferation of Internet Cafes makes internet access available to the traveller. Many people are not aware that they can access their email on a different computer by going to their ISP home page and logging in.

Although different ISP's may use different methods, the easiest way to 'turn off' your email is to go to your email blocking settings and make an adjustment there.

You do not have to do anything,it will be there when you return. As long as you log into your email at least one time every 4 months it will remain active. You can have an auto reply sent to the people that mail you so they dont think you are dead!
