Definitely wear the "God Bless America" cap. The lottery one might send the message that you waste money or expect to win big and that's not feasible. The painter cap is like bringing your work to the date with you...leave the work at home. The American one is probably a side of you that she already knows...a patriotic man at heart. Now, who the hell you calling a "floosie"?

It's bad form to wear any kind of a hat at a dining table. Most people don't know (or have forgotten, or just ignore) this point of etiquette. Not to mention that it's just too casual when you're meeting a member of the opposite sex for food. If you were going on a hayride, ok.
It's even worse form to refer to any woman, or group of women, as a "floosie", especially when it is correctly spelled "floozy".
Uneducated AND crass. How lucky for your lunch date.
