Article 1 Section 2- once
".....The House of Representatives shall chuse their Speaker and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Impeachment"
Article 1 Section 3- twice
"......The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments.....Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of Honor, Trust or Profit under the United States: but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law. "

Article 2 Section 2-once
"The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States,..... and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment."

"The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors."

When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present."

I think for several members of the current administration the case can be made to draft articles of impeachment for at least 3 of the 4 conditions mentioned in the constitution.

good factor, none. however the form is a rfile for he governing of adult adult males by adult adult males &wouldn't have God or Christ in it. however the assertion of Independence have God & the writer. while pointing out suggestions, the founding fathers drew authority from a divine source.
