The only difference is in who is running the institution. Jail run by city. Prison run by state. They both do the same thing.
I doubt there are any jail house tat's in her future. She isn't with the main population.

That tells you how stupid the reporters are. They don't know the difference between county jail and a state prison. they don't know that more than a year sentence would require a prison term. Of course they are reporters that only require a high school education.
