Lets see - 90% of all emails are scams and other junk .. and all of them try to direct the reader to some dubious web site that will be closed down as soon as the public reports it ...

So I wonder how many of the 'loans for you' web sites are simply 'fronts' for Advanced Fee fraudsters (or just criminals that sell you application and Bank Account details to others ?) ?

(first guess ? == all of them)

You want a real loan ? Go to a real Bank ...
(the only thing real about 'web' loans from 'Companies' that have no 'real' address is that they will cost you real money)

NB. What's the best indication that you are POOR ?
Ans. you owe money on Credit Cards (you might not start off poor, but you can guarantee that's where you will end up)

and being RICH ?
That at the end of each new month there is MORE money in the Bank that there was at the end of the last month.

A good website for comparing loans is moneysupermarket.com but try and avoid the dodgy companies that will charge you extortionate amounts of interest and threaten you when you can't afford to pay them back - if it is at all possible try and avoid getting a loan, I know it's not always possible but if you can save up the money and pay for whatever you need it'll save you money and hassle - go with a high street reputable bank if any - they might be more difficult to get a loan with (I don't know what your credit rating is like) but at least they'll treat you fairly.
