As a "Thinking" conservative, I'd prefer an unbias news service. Sadly, the news media is in the business of making money (not reporting the news) and they do that by tailoring, pandering and packaging their products to a targetted audience. What's even more sad is that most people don't believe that and think that the one they've chosen is telling them the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. As it stands, I have to rely on a number of different sources, put on my B.S. goggles and try and discern the truth through it all.
By all indications we are actually winning this war. Two weeks ago, the Marine Corps times published an article stating that most of the weapons caches they're now finding are filled with old Thompson submachine guns, and WW II Nazi Wausers and Parabellums (machine guns). Not carried on the "Major" news services. Nor do they tell you how many schools, hospitals and utilities have now opened. Why is that?

You might try 850 KOA if you live in the West. Their news isn't terribly liberal and they host Rush, Mike Rosen, Gunny Bob, and a couple of other conservative talk show hosts. After 6 pm they are apowerful station and reach 38 states (their brag)

What news are you watching? All I see on Fox News, CNN, etc. is a guy with TB entering the United States and Paris Hilton hopping in and out of jail...
does anyone care that Turkey is on the brink of invading Northern Iraq? not the US media
I suggest Xinhua: http://xinhuanet.com/english/
or Al-Jazeera: http://english.aljazeera.net/English/
Update: Al-Jazeera has three stories on the front page about Bush: "Bush calls on Libya to free nurses" ; "Bush firm on missile shield plan" ; "Bush calls for independent Kosovo" - these are all stories that are accurate and fair

firstly, can't imagine why you would specifically seek out biased news cause you don't like what you hear. odd.
secondly, i was listening to c-span and heard that testimony about Cobb that Casondra mentioned. i called my dh at work (he works for the military) and I said - ohmygod, did you hear about the NASA investigators testifying to their horror about the IG?
My dh turned to the computer, pulled up CNN. Said, No, the top story is that Paris Hilton is going to jail.

yeah just turn to FOX. The one news station that tells it like you want to hear it. Forget all the rest of the news stations across the country, because all of them but just FOX lie. You are so mislead. Vote Bush in 2008 moron.

Fox News, in my humble opinion, is the most conservative, by far. While they are far from "fair and balanced" as thety claim (they lean heavily to the right), they are a MILLION times better than any other news venue out there. It is the one and only I ever watch. As far as radio....there is Glenn Beck, Hannity, O'Reilly, etc...I don't know where you live, but there is alot of good conservative talk radio out there!

only one television station even TRIES to be fair and balanced about the war and bush and we all know what station that is...foxnews.
as for the radio, abc out of new york is good but it is too commercial. if you get sirius satellite, then i would highly recommend channel 144...patriot radio...really great stuff there...
