I do, because so many people are all over this situation...when if it was someone without the celebrity status nobody would notice. I think the general population is jealous of her day to day life and are happy that she is seeing some hard time. I would let her out just to see how much of a frenzy it creates, and for what, really...
most people who hate her probably wish they could be her...
Going to jail would be Sh@tty, imagine going to jail and being pursued by the paparazzi and a bunch of smiling degenerates?
I am not implying the person who posted this question falls into any negative category I spoke of, it is a good discussion...

Not really. It is probably the only way for her to learn her lesson. She needs to wake up.
On the other hand, I do pity her cos she's, being a rich brat and party animal, is definitely going to have a hard time learning to live alone.
