I have a jillion folders that called $NtUninstallKB927779$ and KB921865$, the numbers vary. All I can tell, is that they have something to do with updates. They are in the WINDOWS folder. I want to clear the space, but I don't want to cause problems for my computer.

Yes but those folders maintain uninstallation information, so when you delete them you will be unable to roll back the fixes (not that you should ever have to, but be aware of that consequence if you proceed with deleting them).

If you are talking about all of those files in that are high lighted in blue in the "Windows" folder, yes you can delete them, but... These are the "Uninstall" files for the updates that you have downloaded and installed. If you delete them you will not be able to remove any of the updates.
