I think she got a DUI and then got another soon after.
She was initially sentenced to 45 days (or so) and then it was reduced to less than 25.
She started serving her sentence and then was released by the sheriff only after a few days. For so called medical reasons.. I think it was said to be for psychological reasons? Who knows the truth? The judge was furious and made her go back and this time I think he is making her serve the original 45 days?
I think people are mad because they think she is getting special treatment because of who she is?

She was arrested for driving under the influence last year, as part of her sentence( instead of parole or jail time) she signed an affidavit that she would not drive for the next six months and that her license was legally suspended. Earlier this year she was pooled over and lied saying that she didn't know that her license had been suspended, but the police officers found the affidavit with her signature on it, in the glove compartment of her car. So she is serving jail time for the breaking her earlier agreement with the court and driving with a suspended license. Basically she broke the law twice and is lucky her *** isn't serving six months in jail, which was what the original sentence could have been. Paris should stop her whining, suck it up and take her punishment like a woman instead of a spoiled little brat.

She was systimatically dumbing down America then she figured it was all right to drink and drive. So "the MAN" decided to give her an unfair trial when she was caught drinking and driving and driving under a suspended liscence twice. Turns out an extremely rich, spoiled, law-breaking, celebrity can't get a fair trial these days.
