What do you mean?

Russia has the largest number of time zones: eleven, including Kaliningrad on the Baltic Sea. In terms of distinct time zones, Canada and the United States are tied for second with six, while Australia has seven time zones that always overlap to some degree.

I think that it would have to be the United States, because there is a point in Alaska where you would actually cross over the international date line. So it would be a 24 hour time difference from the East side of the line to the West side of the line
