First of all, when your on springbreak it is expected. Even so, thats harrasment, and if you were serious about it, those men could get sued. I wouldnt excuse it, just because they were stupid (most likely drunk) guys doesnt mean they can get away with sexual harrasment

Well...
I hate to say this, but I think you should have at least expected something like this to happen. It IS commonplace, after all, at most Spring Break rally parties. It's kinda like laying on a bed of nails and expecting there to be no blood afterward. It may be possible for it to happen, but it is kinda unlikely.
On the other hand, you were violated, and put in a position that made you feel uncomfortable, even if you did walk into it without thinking of the consequences. The guys had no right to strip your top off and then keep it from you like that. Their actions could be construed as sexual harassment, at the least, and a form of rape, at the worst.
Were you asking for it? NO
Should you have forseen the possibility of it happening at that type of event? I think a responsible and thoughtful person should have.
Hope this helps...

The guys were childish clods for playing keep away with your top. They should have given it back to you with grins and cheers.
However, when in the midst of a bunch of drunken college boys, you must have expected some amount of grab-*** when you climbed on the guy's shoulder. Correct? Next time you will know better, won't you?
Chalk it up to experience and don't sweat it. It was an embarrassment to you, but you probably made the day for some of the guys.

Ab , I'm will not say you were asking for it, in no way shape or form does having a good time with friends cause negative things to happen...
Now with that said we have all heard and seen and lived "Spring Break" And we all know the partying and drinking get really outta hand , mix that in with some pushy desperate guys and you can expect things like that to happen !! I mean aren't they always filming "girls gone wild " on spring break , and everyone seems OK with it, even the "drunk", incoherent girls who star in it!!!!
So i guess it's one of those things to learn from and be very cautious next time , very careful, you are very lucky something worse didn't happen , there are sooo many girls who get raped on spring break , some are too drunk to remember some don't know who did it!! So i say be thankful that's all that happened , and it's a wake up call to be really careful!!!! Have fun!!! (stay safe).

No, absolutely not, you were not "asking for it". It seems that in todays society that chivelry and respect for women has gone by the wayside. Some may say it is because of womens rights and wanting to be equal to men. But, does that mean they want to be pigs like men? As a man I am sorry for what happened to you. It is a shame that young people cannot have fun without hurting others. I hope you had fun in spite of that particular incident.

No. you were NOT asking for it. It's in guy's DNA to play like that at Springbreak. Not all guys are like that. The important thing is being able to get past it. It's a bad wardrobe malfunction. Consider yourself lucky you didn't get the bottom tugged off too.

The fact that what happened to you troubles you tells me that you weren't asking for it in any way. Though I also think it was a bit naive to have thought that what happened was out of the realm of possibility since it was Spring break. I suggest you be more careful next time.

This was totally unacceptable!! No one had the right to do this and guys these days seem to have no respect for women. Maybe they have the mistaken idea that all young women are like Brittany, LIndsay and Paris. You should be careful but it is not your fault.

NOBODY asks for that kind of treatment, EVER. I consider it a form of rape. You must remember that dudes at this age think with thier ***** 100% of the time. Your nothing but a walking vagina to them. Of course not all, but the ones NOT to worry about .....weren't there trying to grope you with the rest of little boys playing at being men(and failing miserably).

My take on it? I would not allow a strange guy to put me on his shoulders. No touching if I don't know you well. So yes, through ignorance, you fell into the situation. To me it would be a very big deal.
