Lowes. They are less likely to give you grief if there is an issue. Home Depot's customer service is notorious for giving you the runaround, and after you finally speak to someone, it might be weeks before they come and pick up the broken one and replace it. Thats a long time to live on Peanut Butter and Jelly.

This is a really good question because it brings up a LOT of things ( here she goes again, lol) My best friend has worked for Home Depot for six years and from what I've learned about HD, it's a really strict organization. The departments are constantly short staffed, he is a department head, and sometimes he'll be the only one in his department, which is huge! The higher ups will ask you to come into work at some ungodly hour, and then make you work double shifts. They have to attend intense courses, and there's fierce and nasty competition between co workers. And when my friend got a $4.00 pay raise, a female worker only received a $1.50 pay raise- for the same position. It's driving him crazy and he's thinking of quitting; the pressure of practically living for HD. One comment I thought was both sad and funny was that a HD colleague quit and went to Lowe's- and told my friend it was like going through a divorce, haha. Well, since he's my best friend and needs all the help he can get from the constant stress, please help him out by purchasing a refrigerator from him!

Home Depot, the have a great price guarantee...10% less the price at Lowes or any other store. Also Home Depot stands behind everything they sell...if you have any problems just ask to speak with a manager and they will definitly help you out!

as a past employee of HD I can tell you to goto the store manager of each store and ask them Why you should buy from that store and what will he or she be willing to do for you go make you happy.......you will get another 10% off if not more. Depot does charge for delivery and you can get around it and I understand Lowes does not charge for delivery. the main thing is to get the extended warranty no matter who you buy from.

Lowes!! The service is 10x better & if the fridge is example $1000.00 tell them you will buy it for $900.00. I buy all of my appliances from there. 9/10 times they will do it!!
