I am going there on my honeymoon in a couple of weeks, and I know all the touristy spots, but is there an "undiscovered" part of Athens that we should see while we are there?
Thanks!

Of course honey. You could go to the southern suburbs, there are plenty of great beaches, night bars, beach clubs, taverns and restaurants with best quality food. Then you can spend time in the northern suburbs, plenty of chic boutiques, cafes, malls etc. Dont miss Gazi area at night, many happenings, many bars and restaurants, there is also an area called technopolis where concerts are being held. Finally you can go to Herodus Atticus theater under Acropolis, and watch a theatrical drama or a concert by a famous musician. Athens has plenty of things to do, actually is a never sleeping city. Have fun and congrats on your wedding!

"Undiscovered" parts in Athens... Ohhh this is tough...Lets see...
Great View in the night: "Attiko alsos" cafeterias with view the whole Athens, to Petroupoli also one bar ("Petra" is the name or something like that), Roof Garden of Titania Hotel with Acropolis view for late dinner
Food: Souvlaki and kebab Karababa, Kritikos to Kantza for lamp ribs,
Movies: Go for a movie to any suburb open theater at night..

Buy "Athinorama" or "Exodos" (magazines) and get a Greek guy to translate...

But remember non tourist and "undiscovered" does not mean "undiscovered" by Greek's also.... :)

I wish you the best for your wedding... :)

Go on top of Lycabettus hill, there is a funicular railway going up there, for a spectacular view of Athens and a really nice dinner or coffe or drinks at the cafe up there!.
