Go to "My Computer".
Double click on your system drive (usually C: and called local disc)
Double click "documents and settings".
Find the folder with your log in name and double click it as well.
Find your favorites. The icon usually looks like a yellow star.
Copy it to a removeable media, like floppy disc, CD, or flashdrive.
Do the same process on the PC that you want your favorites transferred to and copy the favorites file next to the old one.
Your PC will see they are alike and ask if you want to replace it.
Tell it yes.
When you open your browser, your favorites will be as they are on the other PC.

go to My Documents, you can burn the My favorties folder over to a cd then copy it to the other computer in my documents. If you are using xp, go to C:\documents and settings\(user name)\my documents, this is also where you will want to copy the folder.

go to "My Computer" and go to this destination:
C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR_LOGON
you should see a folder called Favourites.
copy it and backit up to a safe place. (compressing it to a zip and emailing it to yourself is a cheap way if you have no other media to backup to)
