What early 90s TV show had an episode about a fictional popular song called "kill your mother"?

The show was probably on around 1992, and I think it was very short-lived. It was a black sitcom about teenagers or maybe young adults and I think it may have taken place in a city. Another part of the "Kill Your Mother" song on that episode I remember is "If she makes you clean your room, you gotta send her to her doom" ...or something along those lines. Unfortunatly, that's the only episode I can recall.

ABC's "Where I Live". it starred Doug E. Doug, and Flex Alexander as two of the oldest looking teenagers in TV history. at the end of the episode Doug tosses the CD out the window after his father convinces him it is a bad song. for more info try imdb.com.
