Yes wear a thong - I am 45 and I wear thongs a lot because
I hate panty lines. You can be dressed to perfection and
have it ruined by a panty line. I also sometimes wear pantyhose under my pants this also helps with the jiggle
factor.

Yes, get a g-string, cause with a thong you can still see that triangle right above your crack (sorry for the crudeness), especially if your pants do not have back pockets.
