The receipient should open the send docs in just one command and should read all the docs in one opening only.

You want to add the documents to the e-mail as attachments. However, I am not aware of any e-mail system that opens ALL attachments at the same time. If the receipient is low on memory or hard drive space doing that could easily crash their computer. So they would want to open the attachments one at a time.

Whether they can click once and have an attachment open for use (rather then having to download it first and then open it) depends on the e-mail program THEY are using, not the e-mail program through which you send it. There is nothing you can do on your end to make attachments automatically run when open. That is determined by the receipient's e-mail program and settings.

Also, the receipient has to have the correct software on their PC to open the attachments. If they do not have Word, fro example, then they can not open Word documents. Again, nothing you can do to control that.
