I have been told its something to do with there GENE makeup?

I knew when I was in school! I remember thinking during a biology lesson when teachers were talking about the birds and the beas and explaining about homosexuality, I feel a bit like that, and intrigued I wanted to know more! ... the first girl I kissed was when I wass about 8 years old! ... I cant really remember the ins and out, but grew up thinking there was something odd about the way I feel. Especially towards female teachers and 6th formers! ... I never fancied the boys like the rest of the girls even though I went along with it ... I went out kissed loads of men, and then slept with a man at 17, I never really had the connection though and avoided sex at all costs! then I went out one night witha friend from college I woke up with her head in a ver unusual place, went with it, and it felt natural! ... we started to have a relationship even though i was witha guy at the time, and then I finished with him knowing being with hom wasnt right! I went from one girl to another going back to men everytime I finished with a girl, and then one day it just clicked I couldnt deny it anmymore and couldnt act the little straight girl just to make my folks happy anymore! I had known all along but was having major difficulties in admitting it totally! but now I can honestly say I will NEVER sleep with another man! I am way too happy as I am ... I think you figure it out in the end but deep down you always know! I feel for people in the position I was in because its a very hard time until you actually make the decision ... well not the decision but untilmyou go with your feelings!

you're no longer born gay, so as that meana you are able to % whether or no longer you are able to choose to be gay. there is isn't a diverse answer. If that's what you pick then decide for it, if no longer, then do no longer difficulty approximately it.

Yes, it has a genetic component.
Just as heterosexual are attracted to the opposite sex at some point in their lives, homosexuals are attracted to the same sex.
If you get off thinking about sex with someone of the same sex, then you are gay.

If you fancy oher guys and become aroused by them then you are either gay or bi! Same goes for lesbians. Are you gay or do you think you might be? If you are get out among other gays and enjoy your life! We only pass this way once............so forget about the bible-pushers and the bigots (they are sad little people!)

If you are attracted to the same sex, you're gay. What makes us gay, nobody really knows what it is we're born with that makes us gay.

If you are turned on by members of the same sex, you are either gay or bi. If you are turned on by members of the opposite sex, then you are either straight or bi.
Therefore, if you are turned on by members of both sexes, you must be bi.

Just because people find Women/Men/both attractive isn't what makes you lesbian/gay/bisexual it's the spiritual connections you're able to make with a person in order to make your relationship work.
