A village shop and post office only 200 metres away. It is also a meeting point and it has a little cafe' included. The owners are nice people and we as a village have all pledged to spend just 1 extra pound per week per adult to ensure they continue to be in our village. This, apart from the usual sales that just about give them a living nets them a further turnover of £600 per week. Not much extra to spend in a year for each person but a big lifeline for the PO.

mine is a 15 minute walk away, and really is a life line to me. i live in a small village, and the local post office doubles up as a village store, so it's the only place i can go to buy anything, without getting into my car and driving to the nearest town which is 8 miles away. actually, i'm going to the post office in a few minutes ! got my dad's birthday card and present to post.

Mine is 1/2 mile away.

Thats the problem with ebay, having to post the parcels! Turn your PC off now and get down there, remember you have to give a good efficient service to get good feedback!
