I'm a 24 honest and sincere guy from India. Unfortunately/ or what but I made a heart's relationship with a girl Sherry from US who works for the company I used to work but after few months she left me because she opted for some one there who is rich then me, she thinks that its common, may be in US people don't have real heart but I loved more than that I cared her heartly and still I am caring her. When I said I can't go away from here she takes professional help and try to hurt me, when CEO of that company who lives in Canada supporting her and warn me he would file a case, but my side story is completely different. I told here I am not against her she can marry any number of people and she can have any relationship with any one but just let me "Care you for lifetime" but she doesn't agree and punishing me continuously, so I also want to file a legal case against her. I don't want to punish her but I want her back or else I may die, please help me and save a valuable life of me

I'm really sorry, but I'm getting real PSYCHO-STALKER vibe after reading your posts. Leave Sherry alone, I don't believe that she is the "only" woman/person that you have ever "care for lifetime" with.
You came to America to earn money to send back to FAMILY in India. Go and do that!
If you and Sherry were living COMMON-LAW, then you have to prove that to the judge. And see if there is any money or things from your relationship that can be divided and split.

First of all, do not file any legal action against her. If you still care for her that is the worst thing you can do. Second, I am so sorry she hurt you in this way. Third, please do not lump all women in the US as one of the respondents did as not caring and not valuing a man and the commitments of a relationship. People are people, some more honest and caring than others.
Watch everything you do at work so that you do not get into trouble. Do not harass her in anyway. Do your best to hold your head up high and be pleasant to those around you. That is the best way to show her your best side. And if that does not work for her you are bound to attract a woman who appreciates you for the person you are.

This is US and not India.Here love etc has no value. They believe in temporary happiness enjoy as they get and then land in frustration.Takes drugs to keep them off. It is that country. You are an Indian so it is better you love an Indian who will be for you for rest of your life.Indians believe in this and that is why they are dependable. So while selecting your pair even among the American Indian find out that they still carry the original ness of Indian culture. If not do not approach them. Further always remember white Americans hates us Indians. So they will never never marry you brown Indian.
Anyway I feel you should approach your parents now to arrange your marriage in India so that you can come out of this frustration and lead a happy married life with warmth love and affection from your wife. It is the need of the hour for you.

Let her go, you are being unreasonable...she doesn't want you anymore-LET HER GO!!!! The reason why she doesn't want you anymore do not matter! Leave her alone....you sound like a stalker...we have laws against that here in the US.
And not all women are after the money, some of us still have souls...but we don't want an overbearing guy in our lives either.
