Given that your body is constantly renewing its cells, can we really say that we are the same person?

Ummm, but I can still remember what happened 10 years ago. My old cells must have told my new cells! :)

Well, I always have been the same person and I always will be - that is how everyone is... we start out as one person and just because we change, doesn't mean we aren't still the same person!
I am a totally different person now - 10 years ago, I didn't even know the man that I now know and am going to marry.... I didn't have 2 younger brothers that I have now (although sometimes I wish I still didn't have them...)
and in 10 years from now, I will be married to the man of my dreams and might have a little kid of my own. I can't wait!

have a nice day!

well you are the same person you were ten years ago. The only difference is that your body has grown as well as your face structure. If you are talking about the habits then you are the same as you were ten years well not if you were a baby. The only thing that changes about you is your appearances but your habits and memories stay the same.

In ways, I'm better... I've quit drinking, so I feel better, I have to say my knees are worse. The cells may be renewing themselves, but only to a point...

Ten years ago I was separating from my first husband and moving back to my hometown. It was the best thing I ever did. No, I'm not the same person. I'm much more independent, and confident, and way happier.

I am. It doesn't matter that I've cut of the hair and nails that I had 10 years ago. I have the same heart and the same mind. Good question though.
