I will be using the pass in italy for venice-milan or vice versa. then milan to bologna. Then bologna to rome. Then a week or two, i will be in france, i will use it again from the airport to the train staion and to strasbourg and back to paris. Is it worth it? And just to ask if i can use the eurail pass in the buses in paris? I know i can use it in the metro's right? Im kinda confuse. Please help!

You would have to price each ticket individually for the trip, then compare it to the Eurail price. Remember however, even with the Eurail some trips require a reservation which will cost extra. (most of the time it is still significantly cheaper than the full ticket price would have been). For some long trips even if a reservation is not required, I highly recommend it. It's nice to know that you have a seat on a crowded train and you don't have to shuffle around if you are in someones seat.
I'm unsure about the buses in Paris, but to get from Charles de Gaulle Airport into Paris with the Eurail discount it is about 8 euro (that's what it was last summer atleast.) Once in Paris, I'm unaware of it being useful on the metro. Tickets are very reasonable though.

Well, your train costs without a pass would be about $360, and with a pass about $342 for 5 nonconsecutive travel-days. You do not get Metro with a pass, but you do get transportation on some RER (like the Metro, but not quite).
