Wake up an see where you are headed before it's too late.

More loans = more debt you can't afford = IVA = Bankrupt = no job, no home, no hope ...

You know it's time to stop spending and pay it all back when the Banks refuse to increase your mortgage / overdraft / credit limits ...

You might as well start selling your stuff on eBay now - you will get more for it now = sell before the Bailiffs come round and use the money to pay off debt and maybe you will just get by .

If it's already too late, DON'T get another loan = instead go see Citizens Advice Bureaux about IVA = DON'T spend even more money you havn't got in fees to the rip-off Companies that advertise on TV (TV ads cost money = who do you think pays ?)

Their rates will be higher due to the adverse and they vary, so you need to get confirmation of the exact rate from them. They will all normally charge a fee as you are classed as high risk and these companies like making money. If you are getting the loan to consolidate other debts, and reduce outgoings it may be the better way to getting yourself on track or try the consumer credit helpline they do a debt management plan (not an iva as its a charity and its free). Good luck and be carefull.
