Yes, if you have got a middle ear infection can affect your hearing capacity, the best thing you can do is to treat the allergy if it is rhinitis you have to have a treatment with "Sinhistan D" taking a capsule every 6 hours and also works with any kind of allergy, but if the allergy persists the best solution is to consult an allergy specialist, maybe the specialist will design an specific treatment for the diagnosed allergy!

Good Luck and hope this help to solve your doubt in the best way possible

Allergies don't cause noise in the ears. But problem with your sinusitis. Which is inflammation in that area could cause a ringing noise in your ears. As well as an ear infection. I would suggest seeing a doctor. Ear infections shouldn't be taken lightly.

The allergies cause irritations and sometimes infections
that will cause ringing or buzzing type noise in the ear.
My brother has been complaining of a ringing in his ear.
He went to the Dr. and He told my brother that he had
drainage from the sinuses that was causing the noise and
put him on antibiotics.
