It kept changing over time and Continents.
The original English one was:
Ring around the roses,
A pocketful of posies.
Hush- a Bush- a ,
We all fall down.
Modern:
Ring around the rosie,
A pocket full of posies,
Ashes! Ashes!
We all fall down!
More about this song
Many music historians feel this song has its roots in the bubonic plague that swept through Europe. It was somewhat macabre, with references to a rosie ring (infection), posies (which supposedly warded off infection), and the cremation that was performed on those who died to prefent the spread of the disease. And you thought it was jsut a fun little rhyme!

Well since your question has been answered I thought I give a quick history lesson. Did you know that this song originated back during the time of the bubonic plage? "Ring around the roseies" was symbolic of standing around a graves with"pockets full of posies"' flowers to put on the grave 'ashes ashes" refered to ashes to ashes dust to dust a common part of funerals "we all fall down" refered to the amount of people who caught the plague and almost everyone who contracted it fell down and died.
