Neglected to mention that I'm in SA. Also, she has been fine and only just stopped eating 2 days ago, which is a little bit frightening. She ate fine before that and she was very active. Parasites usually takes a while to set in and can not happen so quick, or can it?

This tends to not be the season for brumation, at least if you are in North America but beardies can always surprise you. Brumating animals tend to perk up and go back to normal when they are handled. If she is still lethargic when you pick her up then I would strongly suggest you try to get a faecal sample to a vet. Lethargy and appetite loss are typical of pinworm and coccidia infections which are very common with beardeds.
